NayePankh Foundation is a non governmental organisation registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. Our work covers food relief, education support, women's health, clothes distribution, animal care, health support and relief work. You can reach us at contact@nayepankh.com or on +91 8318500748.
We collect only the information needed to run this website and our programs:
Donor information: name, email address, phone number, donation amount and payment receipt details. For an 80G tax receipt, we may ask for your PAN. PAN is used only for the tax receipt.
Form information: name, email address, phone number, city, college or school name, course and year, any message you write, and any photos you attach to a contact message when you use a form on this website, including contact, volunteer and membership forms.
Intern portal information: intern applications, work and certificates are handled on our intern portal at intern.nayepankh.com. Information there is used only for your application, work and certificates, with the same care described here.
Technical information: basic server records may note pages requested and browser type for security and reliability. These records are not used to identify you personally.
This website uses only essential technical storage needed for pages and forms to work. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your information. Pages load font files from Google Fonts when they open.
We use your information to process donations and issue receipts, respond to your messages, review volunteer and membership interest, share drive updates with people who asked for them, and meet tax and accounting duties for receipts.
Donations on the live site are processed through Razorpay, our payment partner. Payment card details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored on our website servers. We receive confirmation of the payment and receipt details only.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only when needed to run this website and process donations, such as with our payment partner for a donation, and with authorities when required by law.
If you made a donation in error, email contact@nayepankh.com with your payment details. We review each request with care and respond to you.
Donation and receipt records are kept as required by tax and accounting law. Form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request.
You can ask us to correct your information, or to delete a message you sent, by emailing contact@nayepankh.com. We respond to genuine requests as soon as we reasonably can.
We store form submissions securely and limit access to our team. No method on the internet is fully secure, so please do not send passwords or bank details through our forms.
This website is not aimed at young children. School students who wish to intern or volunteer should apply with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
